HD Moore is the founder and CEO of Critical Research, makers of Rumble, a network discovery and asset inventory platform. HD is best known for creating the Metasploit Framework in 2003 and overseeing its development and path to its current model under Rapid7. HD continues to conduct security assessments, build products, and contribute to open source, pushing the status quo through research. His current focus on network discovery and asset identification is driven by his work on Rumble platform and the open source Recog framework.
